01 Overview
What Mage is
Mage is built for people who run live experiences: creators, hosts, venues and the brands that sponsor them. On one side it is an organiser's workspace; on the other, a marketplace where attendees discover and book things to do.
The product covers the full arc of an event business: branded event pages, ticketing and check-in, vendor coordination, transparent payouts, guest intelligence and access to sponsorship and revenue-based financing.

02 The challenge
If you're serious about events, you need more than ticketing.
A stitched-together stack
Pages live in one tool, tickets in another, and vendor payouts happen by bank transfer and spreadsheet. Every hand-off is a place to lose money or trust.
Revenue you only understand afterwards
Fees, refunds and payouts are reconciled after the night is over, when it is too late to change anything.
Guests who vanish at the door
An organiser can sell out a room and still know nothing about who came, who brought friends or who will come back.
Growth capital that is hard to reach
Creators with proven demand still struggle to fund the next, bigger event.
03 Who it's for
Designing for the people on every side
Organisers and creators
Launch, sell and run events without stitching tools together.
Attendees
Find something worth doing tonight and book it without friction.
Vendors and partners
Get booked for the season, not one-offs, and get paid reliably.
Brands and sponsors
Reach engaged audiences in context, and see what it actually cost.
04 Key decisions
What we learned, and what we decided because of it
Organisers think in brands and seasons, not single events.
The workspace is the top-level container: it holds every event, team member and financial record for a brand.
In payments, trust is the conversion rate.
All platform fees are listed before payout. No hidden surprises, no reconciling after the fact.
The event page is the storefront.
Dedicated, branded event pages designed to turn browsers into buyers, with custom domains for established organisers.
Attendance should compound, for guests and organisers alike.
A digital passport rewards guests with stamps and perks, and every attendee gets a referral link organisers can track.

06 Reflection
Every screen has two audiences.
A marketplace only works when both sides win. In Mage the same event is a storefront for the guest, a ledger for the organiser and a placement for the vendor, and each view has to stay honest about the others.
Fee transparency, the passport and referral links all come from the same idea: make the platform's value visible to the person in front of the screen, at the moment it matters to them.
