About

Good products start with good questions.

Blessing O Adebusuyi · Lagos, Nigeria

I’m Blessing, a product designer who loves making complexity feel calm.

I work across design, product ownership and leadership to help teams find the right problem, bring the right people into the process and ship experiences that feel simple for the people using them. My best work sits where practical business needs meet human ones.

Recent work spans fintech (Mastro), events and the creator economy (Mage and Nanomixr) and operations software (Washstack). I’m based in Lagos and work with teams wherever they are.

Principles I work by

  • Clarity over clevernessIf a person has to work out how it works, the design is not finished.
  • Decisions in the openI write down why, so the team can disagree with the reasoning and not only the result.
  • Smallest useful thingShip the version that proves the idea, then let evidence decide what grows.
  • Craft all the way downHierarchy, states and empty screens are part of the product, not polish applied after.
